Cuban saxophonist Maikel Vistel, a leading figure on the international jazz scene, presents his quintet with a repertoire of original compositions. His music combines Afro-Cuban heritage with the modern sounds of contemporary jazz, creating a unique and powerful language.
Maikel Vistel has collaborated with Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Quincy Jones, David Murray, Alfredo Rodríguez, Steve Coleman, François Moutin, and Greg Osby.
