Dom Ingham

Dominic Ingham is one of the most innovative violinists on the current European jazz scene. Nominated in 2020 for the Parliamentary Jazz Awards in the “Jazz Newcomer of the Year” category and a finalist in the prestigious Zbigniew Seifert International Jazz Violin Competition, Dominic Ingham has established himself as one of the most expressive and original voices in jazz violin today. An inspired composer and performer, his music blends his British folk roots, his classical training, and the language of contemporary jazz.

With this quartet created especially for the occasion, he is joined by leading musicians from Paris’s emerging jazz scene: Nina Gat on piano, Mathieu Scala on double bass, and Ananda Brandão on drums. The group presents a set of original compositions and arrangements that draw inspiration from both Brian Blade and Sam Wilkes, promising an evening of sounds that are as unique as they are modern.
