Olga and Julia first met in Berlin at the Jazz Institut, where they played together in several projects. Years later, after various geographical and musical peregrinations, they met up again in Paris and decided to form a group.
In this 4tet, the two musicians share their compositions, influenced by the modern American jazz scene, as well as a few arrangements of Russian classical composers. They are accompanied by a solid rhythmic team featuring German double bassist Josef Zeimetz and American drummer Jesus Vega.
