Biguine Extension is a trio born out of a residency at Tropiques Atrium (Martinique, 2023-2024), bringing together Ralph Lavital, Elvin Bironien, and Adriano Tenorio. Between Caribbean traditions and contemporary jazz, the project revisits and extends the biguine repertoire through modern arrangements, affirming the vitality and evolution of this intergenerational musical genre.
