Legrand Soir, an elegant and bold tribute to the world of Michel Legrand.
From "Les Parapluies de Cherbourg" to "Yentl," and including "Les Demoiselles de Rochefort," the group reinterprets the great works of the composer through original arrangements featuring three solo voices and a unique jazz ensemble.
Each piece unveils a new facet of Legrand's universe, balancing harmonic finesse with interpretative freedom. The songs, rewritten with original arrangements to interact with the group's vocal and instrumental timbres, provide a sensitive and contemporary reading of an iconic repertoire from the French-speaking musical world.
Designed as both a musical and theatrical experience, Legrand Soir blends poetry, theatricality, and improvisation in a vibrant homage to one of the greatest composers of the 20th century.
