Since 2011, Romain Vuillemin and his bandmates have been bringing the clubs to life and reviving the rich artistic heritage of Django Reinhardt and the famous Quintette du Hot Club de France across France and Europe. They have released three albums centered around “French-style” swing, praised by the press for their musicality and the way passion and sensitivity complement each other. The Romain Vuillemin trio dusts off the tunes of pre-war Paris and presents them in a more contemporary form, while honoring tradition.
