Lucile Revel

Lucile Revel, originally from Montpellier, was introduced to jazz through film and dance; she fell in love with the music of George Gershwin, Quincy Jones, Michel Legrand, and others... Since then, whether with her quintet, as a duo, or in other ensembles, she has ceaselessly explored the boundless riches of improvised music in the broadest sense, always on the lookout for beauty and sensitivity. Her musical training began at age 11 and continued at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels after she earned her Dem jazz degree from the Regional Conservatory of Montpellier.
