Eloise Carter is an up-and-coming jazz singer and actress based in New York. Trained at the Tribeca Jazz Institute, she also studied with Lucy Yeghiazaryan, whose influence is evident in the depth and sensitivity of her performances.
In November 2025, she released *Eloise: Live at Monks*, a debut live EP that showcases her grounding in the vocal jazz tradition and her ease on stage.
She is now embarking on her very first European tour and making her debut in Paris at 38RIV.
