Danny Janklow / Raynald Colom Quintet

This tour represents a rare meeting of two musical worlds: Janklow's jazz heritage, spanning Los Angeles and Philadelphia, merges with Colom's creative hub, bridging Barcelona and Madrid. Together, they explore the spaces between traditional jazz, flamenco-infused improvisation, and cosmic-sounding grooves, creating music that pays homage to tradition while venturing into uncharted territories.

The repertoire draws from the acclaimed discographies of both artists: Balance // Eternal Realm by Janklow (recipient of the South Arts Jazz Road Touring Grant) and Colom's latest masterpiece, Constellations (awarded a CHOC by Jazz Magazine), as well as new collaborative compositions developed specifically for this tour.
