On the occasion of the Zoot Festival celebrating 10 years of the Zoot Collectif, guitarists Clément Trimouille and Jack Kinsella present their first collaboration on twelve strings: Jazz in 110V.

The album is the logical result of the collaboration between these two long-time friends, who are among the most original guitarists on the European scene. One is from Paris, the other from northern England, yet their respective aesthetics are surprisingly close.

Inspired by their idols Kenny Burrell, Tal Farlow, Barney Kessel, Jimmy Raney, Billy Bean, and many others, they deliver a delightful mix of personal arrangements of standards from the Great American Songbook, as well as gems from a more obscure repertoire, perfectly suited to the two-guitar 4tet format.

The album Jazz in 110V is a canvas where the timbres of the two guitars blend, sometimes united, sometimes volatile, resulting in a subtle and poetic synthesis that plays with a wide variety of moods and tempos.
