Oona & Tiffany
Tiffany, Oona, and Salma meet for the first time at a Marseille jam session, where their friendship begins to blossom between two tunes. They quickly realize they share much more than a common love for jazz: a desire to play together.
They embark on an exploration of the sometimes hidden treasures of the repertoire, where each story tells an intimate and universal tale.
For this concert, they have chosen an iconic figure of jazz and the civil rights movement: Abbey Lincoln. A stage name taken in honor of the liberator of slaves, Abraham Lincoln. Through jazz, Abbey Lincoln expresses her revolt against oppression and slavery, while telling stories of love and suffering.
