Duved Dunayevsky trio

Duved Dunayevsky is a guitarist, composer, and bandleader based in Paris. He is widely recognized as the leading interpreter of the 1930s guitar style of Django Reinhardt. Born in Israel, Duved is largely self-taught. He spent his teenage years playing fusion jazz, with a particular interest in the works of John Scofield. He discovered the music of Django Reinhardt and then decided to fully dedicate himself to this style. He has gained a reputation for his remarkable ability to embody "that sound" beloved by Django fans and sought after by students of this style. He, along with violinist Daniel Garlitsky, is responsible for the reformation of the historic Quintette du Hot Club de France.
