SPECIAL LATE-NIGHT SOUL MUSIC SESSION
For Fête de la Musique, free entry (no advance tickets)

For this year’s Fête de la Musique, Gabe ZinQ takes the reins at 38Riv and promises much more than just a concert: a true sonic journey. A bassist, singer and MC, the artist crafts a world in his own image: free, hybrid and resolutely soulful.
Son of the iconic Dee Dee Bridgewater and younger brother of singer and presenter China Moses, Gabe is now beginning to forge his own path and establish himself on the Parisian music scene, with an identity already firmly established.
Between funk grooves, jazz flourishes, rock energy and hip-hop textures, everything blends seamlessly. But at the heart of this journey, there is a single compass: soul. The kind that makes you vibrate, that brings people together, that flows through bodies as much as it does through styles.
A lively, organic evening, where influences intertwine to create a raw, warm and deeply embodied moment.

Following the concert, an improvised session brings together established artists and up-and-coming talents; the jam session is a gathering of musicians from all walks of life to enjoy a musical exchange. Upright piano, keyboard, double bass and drums provided on site.
